Spend your afternoon or early evening on a Tuesday and Wednesday every week learning about the art of cocktail making with Dan, our Chief Mixologist. You'll make your own cocktails, learn how we convert waste food into exquisite garnishes and finish up on the rooftop to sip your cocktails and soak up the views.
